When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, we’ll work our magic to process and pack it within 1-2 business days. We process orders Monday through Friday.

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment we can only ship within the US & Canada. And shipping typically take 7 -15 business days.

Can I change/cancel my order?

We can edit or cancel any purchase if it hasn’t been packed. Contact support ASAP with your order number.

My package is lost/stolen—what now?

Start with the carrier’s tracking updates. If it’s marked delivered but missing after 48 hours, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Are your products vegan/cruelty-free?

Absolutely! We are committed to ethical beauty, ensuring all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Are your fragrances safe for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin enjoy them, but patch-test first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Isn't Cologne just for men?

Cologne isn’t gender specific! In perfumery, eau de cologne typically means a lighter concentration (about 2–4% aromatic oils).

What’s the difference between Eau de Cologne and Eau de Parfum?

Cologne (eau de cologne) is a light, fresh fragrance with about 2–5% concentration of aromatic oils.

Eau de parfum is stronger, around 15–20% concentration.

Is this safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding?

Many choose to avoid fragrance during this time. Please consult your healthcare provider for personal guidance.

How should I store products?

Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Avoid temperature swings.
