ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Once you place your order, we’ll work our magic to process and pack it within 1-2 business days.

We process orders Monday through Friday, making sure everything’s spot on before it heads your way. Keep in mind, we take a little break for major holidays, that means no processing on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year's Day, etc.

Please note that during periods of high order volumes (think black Friday weekend), processing times may be slightly delayed.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMELINES

US Orders

For orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. If you’re outside the contiguous U.S. (looking at you, Alaska and Hawaii!), expect delivery in about 7-10 business days. Heading to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands? Shipping usually takes 12-14 business days.

For those shipping to a PO Box, count on about 6-10 business days, and if you’re sending some love to APO, FPO, or U.S. Territories, it can take around 30 to 45 days to arrive—hang tight!

International Orders

For international orders, processing and shipping typically take 7 -15 business days.

Expedited Shipping Options

If you choose expedited or overnight shipping, we aim to ship your order the same day if placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends will typically be shipped the next business day.

Keep in mind, these are estimated shipping times (we’re good, but can’t control the universe)

Shipping to Forwarding Companies

Please be aware that if you choose to ship your order to a package forwarding company, we cannot be held responsible for any damage, or losses that may occur.
